TOURNAMENT DETAILS AND RULES

By entering in and participating in the tournament, all players agree to the following:

1. Format is Gunfight depending on current available playlists on Modern Warfare. Current intention is a 2v2 format, but teams should have a 3rd alternate in the case the playlist changes prior to the event.
2. One (1) Player for each team MUST stream live on Twitch.tv and have VOD storage enabled.
3. One (1) Moderator or Player from the primary channel will need to submit screen snips or screen shots from each WIN to their respective Google Drive Folder; Running tallies will be updated each half hour. Failure to upload screen snips will result in loss of the game counting towards total score. PLEASE: No cell phone images. Wins Submission Tutorial
4. Any disputes will be settled by the tournament judge ToeKneeTM, and all decisions are final.
5. Each team will be assigned a unique Google Drive folder to upload screen snips/shots. It is YOUR responsibility to keep the link provided safe. You may secure the folder with a valid email for each player and 1 moderator. You may also appoint one alternate moderator, but only 1 snip per winning game is acceptable. Filename format: Teamname_RealTimeStamp (you may also just use a teammember name). Use whatever program you choose, but NO cell phone photos, please. You can find a tutorial for this here.
6. $500 Prize to be paid out via PayPal ONLY. At least 1 player per team MUST have a valid PayPal account or prize money will be considered forfeit. Prizes can be split between team members prior to disbursement at the team’s request. Payment will be made in USD with any exchange rates set by PayPal or Sponsors bank.
7. Score tracking will be done via a Google Spreadsheet and will be viewable by all team members and their chosen Moderator and alternate.
8. Cheating of any kind will not be tolerated and will be grounds for immediate disqualification from the tournament and banning from participation in future events. Rage quitting is also grounds for a permanent ban from future events. Play to win, but HAVE FUN.
9. All players acknowledge and accept by participating that sponsor, Reuben_The_Hippo aka @LBReuben will be a participant in the Tournament. Sponsor has also agreed to abide by decisions made by tournament judge ToeKneeTM.
10. All teams and participants agree to allow their streams and/or gameplay to be broadcast by the Tournament Manager, Sponsor and/or other entrants for the duration of the tournament. You also agree that the Manager and/or Sponsor may use any tournament footage for later promotional purposes without further claim or compensation.

Tournament format:

1. Tournament format is standard 2v2 gunfight unless playlist changes then will be 3v3.
2. All players must declare what platform they are playign from prior to start of tournament. ALL PC PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO LIVE STREAM.
3. Each team will play for three hours in public lobbies. The team with the most GAME wins (best of 6) at the end of the tournament will win the $500 total prize to split amongst themselves.
4. Sponsor is not responsible for funds once paid to appointed recipient(s). Teams must decide who is paid and how it gets divided. Sponsor will split prize prior to payout upon request. Once again, at least 1 valid PayPal account in good standing is required for payout, and prize monies will ONLY be paid via PayPal to an account in good standing. Prize payouts are subject to PayPal fess and are NOT the responsibility of the sponsor.
5. In the event of tie at the end of 3 hours, the tied teams will play for an additional 1 hour for another wins race.
